However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Below is our refund policy for both our coaching services and our online store.
1. Coaching Services
a. Session Cancellations:

Clients may cancel or reschedule a coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the event of a timely cancellation, you will have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
b. Coaching Packages:

Refunds for unused sessions within a coaching package are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been utilized.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, but remaining sessions can be rescheduled or transferred to another individual.
c. No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
2. Online Store
a. Digital Products (E-books, Courses, and Downloadable Materials):

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on e-books, courses, or downloadable materials once purchased. Please ensure that the products meet your needs before completing your purchase.

b. Physical Products (Books, Journals, and Merchandise):

We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus any original shipping fees.
